Hello Bookworms, and welcome to another post from The Paperback Princess! I hope you have all been having a great week so far. I know I am super excited for tomorrow, which is Thanksgiving. I’m ready for some yummy food! Speaking of yummy food, today I am doing the Ben N Jerry’s Book Tag, so let’s get right into it!!

Vanilla Caramel Fudge
Pick a light, fluffy contemporary
My favorite kind, so this is a hard one for me lol. I think I will have to settle on ‘My Mistletoe Mix-Up’ by Judy Corry. It’s a cute and short novella with a sweet story and a super drool worthy romantic interest. Plus, hot twins!

Mint Chocolate Cookie
A new release that you wish everybody would read
Hmm, this isn’t a new release, but I think everyone should read ‘A Heart in a Body in the World’ by Deb Caletti. It’s a great read with a powerful story. And I really think everyone would probably benefit from reading this, especially is you are dealing with tragedy or mental illness.

Cherry Garcia
An ending that was bittersweet.
This was another hard one, but I’m going to have to go with ‘Once and For All’ by Sarah Dessen. As much as I love her books, this ending was definitely bittersweet to me. It didn’t have that same happy everything-works-out kind of ending.

Strawberry Shortcake
A book containing your OTP of OTPs
I honestly don’t have one. I’m not big on OTPs unless it’s like fan fiction or something like that.

Milk & Cookies
Two authors who, if they collaborated, would go perfectly together
I think Sarah Dessen and Nicolas Sparks would work really well together. They both write well-written romances that never fail to tug on your heartstrings. I think a book from the two of them would be absolutely amazing.

Boston Cream Pie
A book that had you turning your pages late into the night
Honestly most of the books I read have this affect on me. But I think if I had to choose one it would probably be ‘This is Where it Ends’ by Marieke Nijkamp. This book was a ROUGH read. Not because of how it was written, but because of the raw story that comes out of it. This book is definitely not for the weak. It’s a real book that literally brings you into a school shooting as it is taking place. It kept me up reading through the night many times.

Chocolate Therapy
A book that makes you feel better after a long day of life
‘Milk and Honey’ by Rupi Kaur. This is more of a poem book than it is a novel, but I love reading these poems. They never fail to bring a smile to my face or make me think.

Coffee, Coffee, Buzzbuzzbuzz!
A book not yet released that you can’t wait to get your hands on
Honestly I am looking forward to Sarah Dessen’s next book. I am honestly not sure when it comes out, or if she if even working on a new book, but I am always anxious to read her books!
